You start from Bassano del Grappa, so famous for ceramics and for the "grappa", in which we recommend a visit to the historical centre and to the "Ponte Vecchio". After a while you go ahead in the suggestive hilly landscape of Pedemontana towards Possagno, native town of the sculptor Antonio Canova, with its splendid Temple.
Then you carry on towards Valdobbiadene, "town of vine and wine"; here you have to stop in one of the famous cellars where the wines Prosecco and Cartizze are produced. From this town branches off the "White Wine Street" that winds between hills cultivated with vineyards and ancient rural villages. Continuing your itinerary you pass Follina, with its well-know Abbey established in the twelfth century by Cistercensi, and then you find the suggestive "Molinetto della Croda", romantic and old mill on the rock; you go through Conegliano, with its panoramic and medieval "Castelvecchio", and Vittorio Veneto, one of the main historical centres of the Marca, born by the fusion of Ceneda and Serravalle.
Here starts the return journey that, along another fascinating street, brings you to Maser, where you can visit Villa Barbaro, architectural masterpiece of the sixteenth century, born by the union of famous artists such as Palladio, Veronese and Vittoria. Next stop is Asolo that, thanks to its medieval foreshortenings and the Venetian architectures, is considered one of the ten most beautiful villages of Italy. The sun is going down and, along the Ezzelini streets, you come back to Bassano, ending in this way this magnificent tour.
