Amalfi coast: the other side of the Divine – Guided Tour

The "Divine Coast", corner of paradise and UNESCO World heritage, it closes the south of the Gulf of Naples with tall edgy rocky cliffs.
It’s an impervious and slender land, made cultivable in centuries thanks to the terrace layer technique, characterized by the presence of ancient and typical settlements, caught between the sea and the Lattari mountains. The splendid landscape and the artistic and cultural richness of these places made them to be celebrated across the world, refuge of artists and musicians. .

PROGRAM

the proposed itinerary crosses the Amalfi Coast stopping in the most interesting spots both history and artistic-wise, in pursuing the other side of the Divina .
The charming cars, which shall be available to guests for the whole duration of the tour, shall follow paths purposefully studied in order for the “drivers” to discover in a special way the beauties, perfumes, colors of one of the most beautiful spots of the Mediterranean Sea.

1st Day:
Presentation of the vehicles at our offices where, after short briefing, gadgets and cars will be delivered , cars that you will be driving for the whole duration of the tour.
We then leave for Furore, stopping in the enchanting town of Positano, defined the “Pearl of the Divine Coast”, with walk around the small winding streets.
Then through the Via dell’Amore we will reach the Fiordo di Furore which, closed between vineyards and cliffs, small houses and the sea, represents one of the most fascinating locations of the Coast.
Visit of the Ecomuseum with Herbal Section, of the Archive of Costa Diva and of the Documentation Center of Painted Towns; Old Paper factory and windmill.
Light Lunch at the restaurant and visit of the medieval sea-side town of Praia.
Back to the hotel.

2st Day:
Breakfast in hotel and then we leave for Amalfi, the most ancient of the "Mariner Republics". View Tour of the city visiting the Duomo – Campidoglio – and Punta d’Aglio.
We then move on to Scala where a Cuisine course awaits us, and then lunch in one of the most traditional restaurants of the area.
We shall then spend the afternoon on the winding roads of the Lattari mountains.
We shall then pass by Tramonti where we shall visit a winery and a cheese factory so to taste our cheeses and our mozzarella.
Back to the hotel.

3rd Day:
Breakfast in the hotel and then on to the medieval town of Pontone (Scala), where we will visit the Ferriere Valley.
Luch in Pontone.
Visit of a liquor factory “I giardini di Ravello”, where we will taste “limoncello” and “nocillo”, the typical liquors of the Coast famous in the whole world.
Visit to Minori, historical town, ancient residence of the Romans, famous for its lemon and orange chocolates, where we shall visit the famous “Roman Villa”.
Back along the winding roads of the coast line and that will be the end of our magnificent experience driving our charming cars.
