PROGRAM
Driving along the most beautiful and mysterious roads of the coast we aim towards Scala, not before having stopped in the enchanting Positano, duly defined as the “Pearl of the Divine Coast”. Thanks to its incredible geographic position, its legendary origins and natural and historical beauties which surround it’s the ideal spot to stop, enjoy the panorama and walk through its winding little streets.
We then go on to Amalfi, the oldest of the "Mariner Republics", the historical importance of which is expressed by its magnificent Duomo, by the Chiostro del Paradiso, and the annexed museum.
A scenery already unique which history has thrived and it is in fact the historical memory which drives poeple visiting this city to search the glories of that Mariner Republic which once held at bay the Longobards and the Saracines. Amalfi was also known as the mother of the art of hand crafted paper, which still today continues.
After a tour of the city, we will move on to Scala, where a Cuisine course and then lunch will be awaiting us in one of the most traditional restaurants of the surroundings.
In the afternoon we will go towards Tramonti, where we will be able to visit a typical cheese factory in order to discover the secrets of cheeses and of mozzarella.
After having left the tastes, the flavors and tradition of these magic places, it will be time to head back. Through the “Valico di Chiunzi”, one of the most beautiful and charming roads, which was always used for car races, and we will reach Sorrento, savoring an incredible view at every curve on the Agro-sarnese noverino, your back to Naples and to the imposing Vesuvius.
